Shipping cost:

Shipping Timeframe:

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that treatment times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping methods:

We offer shipping via Early Bird, CityMail and Cjpacket to meet your needs. Shipping usually takes 12-16 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination of the order.

Order Tracking:

For your convenience, we provide tracking services for all shipped orders. Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the package's journey until it reaches your door.

Return

Please review the following return guidelines:

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can always contact us if you have any questions about returns at silkroadinfos@gmail.com.

Condition and packaging:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly ask you to package the item properly to minimize the risk of damage during return shipping.

To initiate a return:

  • * You must contact us at silkroadinfos@gmail.com and request a return in writing.
  • * If your return is approved, we will send you a return slip, as well as instructions on how and where to send your shipment.
  • * Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Repacking fee:

We charge a repackaging fee of 20% based on the item's price for returns.

Exceptions / non-refundable items:

Certain products may be exempt from returns for health or hygiene reasons, such as e.g. earrings. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal under EU law: Notwithstanding the above, if the item is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return, please contact us at silkroadinfos@gmail.com.
